Red Barn Road Trip

So once upon a time there was a fast food chain named the Red Barn, they had about 400 restaurants in the US, Ontario and Australia. The Food was great to my memory, much, much, much better than McDonalds and Burger King.

From what I understand one huge company bought the huge company who owned the Red Barn because they wanted to the other huge company and simply let all the franchisees fade away and closed the ones they owned.

Anyway, its 2015 and I was pretty sure the Red Barn had been gone for 30 years. No Big Barneys, Barn Busters, those Amazing French Fries-No Red Barn.

But My friend Jim found that two franchises still exist. One in Racine, Wisconsin and other in Bradford, PA. And Bradford was only three hours away.

So away we went. Its called the Farm now for legal reasons, but the promise the recipes are the same. All I know is it was good, very good.
